D&DFuture: Dragontech

In the future, Humans have joined the united federation of humanoid races after spending much of the 24th century colonizing there star system. Other members of the U.F.H. include Elves (all), Dwarves, Frall (also called Greys or Roswell aliens), Gnomes, Halflings, Ents, mothfolk, and more. Also Dragons have continued there role as masters, running corporations, backwater worlds, and city-ships. Other galactic powers include the deadstar kingdom (A planet of undead orbiting a black dwarf), the knights of Cydonia (an order of elite knights), Primitives (species that are PL-1 - PL-3 that are aware of alien existence), and many, many more. Wizards and sorcerers are still relevant ( during first contact telepathy spells are used to learn native speech ) as well as psions and psychic warriors.

A Moreaeu ( human-animal hybrid),
or a species I have never heard of or with a ECL of +1 or more.
